Puriti - Refund and Returns Policy
Introduction
At Puriti, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality essential oils, carrier oils, herbs, spices, and other natural oils. We understand that occasionally, returns may be necessary. To ensure a transparent and efficient process, we have established the following Refund and Returns Policy.
7-Day Return Eligibility Period
Puriti extends a 7-day return eligibility period, commencing from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, customers must initiate the return request within this stipulated timeframe.
Conditions for Acceptable Returns
To maintain the integrity and quality of our products, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Unopened and Sealed Products: Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all returned items must be in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. The integrity of the bottle seal or packet seal must remain intact.
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory for all return requests.
Return Initiation Procedure
Customers seeking to initiate a return must adhere to the following procedure:
- Contact Customer Support: Send an email to sales@puritinaturals.com, clearly stating the order number, the specific item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Upon receipt of the return request, our customer support team will evaluate the request and provide return authorization, if applicable.
- Return Shipping Address: Authorized returns must be shipped to the following address:

- Return Shipping Instructions: Detailed instructions on packaging and shipping will be provided upon return authorization.
Inspection and Processing of Returns
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Puriti will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure compliance with the stipulated return conditions.
- Approval: If the returned item(s) meet the return criteria, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Rejection: If the returned item(s) do not meet the return criteria, the return will be rejected, and the item(s) will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers are advised to inspect their orders upon delivery. In the event of receiving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must promptly notify Puriti at sales@puritinaturals.com. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or Unsealed Products: Due to the potential for product degradation and contamination, opened or unsealed essential oils, carrier oils, herbs, spices, and other oils are non-returnable.
- Custom or Personalized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized to customer specifications are non-returnable.
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs
- Puriti's Responsibility: In cases where the return is due to Puriti’s error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Puriti will bear the return shipping costs.
- Customer's Responsibility: For returns initiated due to customer preference or error, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
For expedited exchanges, customers are advised to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers residing in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they may cancel or return their order for any reason. However, the item(s) must remain unopened and in their original, sealed condition.

- Refund Timeline: Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Bank Processing Time: Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.
